Located in Hatch New Mexico, the Falcon Ridge Apartment complex is a long time in the making for replacing residents homes and livlihoods from the 2006 flood.

The flood damaged and destroyed many homes and apartments located in Hatch but now, with the help of Federal Aid and local communities, the complex has been rebuilt to a bigger and better facility for those needing housing in the area.

When the 2006 flood struck the area, hundreds of lives were out of a home when the flood destroyed this area but now, nearly 4 years later and larger and more modern apartment complex fills the empty space.

The residents have been staying in a Federal Emergency Management Agency mobile home park in Rincon since the flood and can now move back into their own homes.
